Progress report 2021

Our report places Humana People to People in the context of today’s world, with its simultaneous crises and with our solid foundation together with the people as part of our responses. We also feature some, selected few, of our members, to highlight their contributions to development in 2021.

As an organization, Humana People to People spans the globe through 29 independent member associations, each one with a firm base in its own country. We are committed to tackling some of the world’s major humanitarian, social and environmental challenges.

We protect the planet, build communities and support people by connecting them with others, unleashing their potential for long-term positive change and action. We have supported people through various activities which created hope, strengthen, and produced tangible results.

Our work in 2021 continued being anchored in the five thematic areas of Community Development, Sustainable Agriculture and Environment, Health, Education, and the Collection and Sale of Second-hand Clothes.

As you go through our report you will meet a major trait characterizing our development actions: locally-led solutions driven by groups of organized people, ready to pull together and take decisive action.
